Consider the word "teamwork" and really think about the images your mind paints when you picture how teamwork should look. If your mind painted pictures of people coming to agreement and sharing high fives, I'd encourage you to consider adding a few more details, such as healthy debate about important issues, or people having the courage to bring up concerns about potential problems before they have a chance to develop.
